MINNEAPOLIS – FLW, the world’s premier tournament-fishing organization, announced today that Typhoon® Polarized Optics has reached an agreement to become the latest corporation to join the team of sponsors for the 2012 FLW season. Typhoon® Polarized Optics offers a thinner Polycarbonate UV protected lens than competitors, and are 35 percent lighter than other polarized sunglasses. Their lifetime warranty ensures customers that Typhoon® will be the last pair of sunglasses they ever own.
Through its sponsorship, Typhoon® will receive exposure across all of FLW’s media platforms, including its bass and walleye tournaments and Expos, FLW Bass Fishing and FLW Walleye Fishing magazines, multiple websites, and the most widely distributed weekly outdoors-sports television show in the world, “FLW”. “FLW”, hosted by Jason Harper is broadcast on Sundays in high-definition (HD) to more than 559 million houses worldwide on NBC Sports Network.
